The hand brake allows tension control for tight, secure reinforcing and bundling.Quickly and easily apply L-clips and C-clips of tape to close and reinforce boxes with our Scotch Filament Tape Dispenser H131. This hand-held dispenser is for use with Scotch High Strength Filament Tapes and dispenses up to 18mm maximum tape width. Featuring a portable and durable metal construction, it allows one-handed application, cutting and buffing of tape closures.
