Featuring 3M Precision Shaped Grain technology and an open web of nylon fibres wound around a metal core, this wheel removes burrs 30-50% faster than other Scotch-Brite™ Abrasives and quickly blasts through dirt, corrosion, and other contaminants. Engineered for its hardness and strength, this wheel cuts sharp but leaves behind a fine finish without altering thread geometry.The new Scotch-Brite Deburr and Finish PRO Unitized Wheels are engineered for their hardness and strength. What sets this wheel apart from other Scotch-Brite Abrasives is the 3M Precision Shaped Grain technology. The hardness of the ceramic material, combined with the self-sharpening grain, helps the wheel last longer so you get the job done faster without sacrificing the smooth feel and control you expect from Scotch-Brite Wheels. This wheel's unitized design features a layered construction, so the open web is compressed for added strength and durability. The wheel can be run clockwise or counter-clockwise and can be used with the 3M Die Grinder (sold separately).
