With an enhanced safety design, the OLFA RTY-2/NS 45mm Quick-Change Rotary Cutter is the choice for performance and safety. The dual-action blade cover slides to reveal only one edge of the cutter for safe cutting. This innovative design also means the handle can easily be used for either right- or left-handed cutting. If needed, both sides of the blade guard can be opened for full blade exposure.
Blade changes are simple and efficient with a single click. Unlock the blade with the slide on the back of the tool. Remove the used blade and install the new blade. Complete the change by returning the slide to the locked position.
This tool is pre-loaded with a 45mm tungsten steel rotary blade for immediate use out of the package. The razor-sharp blade cuts up to eight layers of cotton fabric in a single pass.
