Choose the OLFA SK-14 Semi-Automatic Stainless-Steel Self-Retracting Safety Knife for use in food processing facilities. The 100% stainless-steel body and blade make this knife metal detectable. The stainless-steel construction is also NSF Certified.A strong stainless-steel spring retracts when the blade slide is not engaged. The spring also maintains blade tension for assured cutting. Integrated flush vents in the handle make this non-slip knife easy to clean. A large loop at the end of the tools allows for storage or tethering.
This knife comes with a Stainless-Steel Rounded-Tip Dual-Edge Safety Blade preloaded in the handle. OLFA Safety Blades offer unmatched sharpness and edge retention. The rounded-tip design minimizes punctures and the risk of broken tip contamination.
Set the knife for right-handed or left-handed use with a simple rotation of the blade. Never lose time when changing blades with the tool-free blade exchange system.
Also works with OLFA Stainless-Steel Dual Edge Safety Blade.
